F3--BFTD New Body Worn Camera
Release:2020/02/24Views:560

BFTD always keep researching new technology and give customer better solutions; adjust ourselves according to the need of customer and market. Our new model BFTD- F3 adopts newest technology: H22 Ambarella chipset and H.265 code, which will provide stronger image process, best coding setting, and less money cost.

H.265 Code

The H.265 code revolves around the existing video coding standard H.264, retaining some of the original technologies and improving some related technologies. It adopts advanced techniques to improve the relationship between bit stream, coding quality, latency and algorithm complexity to achieve optimal settings.

H.265 variable stream compression can save half capacity of the memory comparing with H.264. In sports scenes, 1080P video recording take about 1G memory per hour without mosaic, and only occupies 0.2G memory card per hour quiet scene, which greatly saves the storage cost of the device and docking station, and then can extend the backup time of the collection station and reduce the hardware cost of the storage device.

Ambarella H22 Chipset

The new H22 Chip is capable of encoding 4K Ultra HD video at 60 frames per second using the H.265 (HEVC) or H.264 (AVC) video formats, and supports advanced Electronic Image Stabilization (EIS) up to 4K resolution. Fabricated in 14nm process technology, the H22 offers very low power consumption, enabling a new generation of body worn cameras with outstanding video quality and extended battery life.

The H22 has excellent imaging and advanced noise reduction, and strong de-warp ability to support wide-angle and minimal distortion. It can provide smooth slow motion, high definition video even during fast action shots.
